KUALA LUMPUR, March 3 — The Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is confident that the colourful Kuala Lumpur Park Festival 2023 which begins tomorrow, at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa here, will be well-received despite the unpredictable weather.
